OSUP provides our LPNs with opportunities to grow. We offer a career pathway for motivated individuals to be promoted to Senior LPN positions with many also further advancing to lead LPN roles. Additionally, we offer growth opportunities such as clinical upskilling programs and clinical trainer opportunities. We also support further education and career goals through tuition reimbursement.
