At OSUP, we understand the importance of work-life balance. Most clinics offer a Monday through Friday, business hours schedule. Our commitment to a healthy work-life balance ensures that you have the time and energy to excel in your professional role while maintaining a fulfilling personal life. This is why we provide 18 days of paid time off and 11 holidays.

Medical Benefits

Our full-time employee benefit package includes medical; dental; vision; life and disability insurance; long-term and short-term disability; and flexible spending account (FSA) that all start day one. We also provide a 7.5% retirement contribution.

OSUP also values personal and professional growth. We offer a tuition reimbursement program, offering up to $7,500 a year in tuition reimbursement, support for utilizing the public student loan forgiveness program for existing school loans and free personal and professional development courses. OSUP offers comprehensive benefits like health, retirement, tuition assistance, etc., but some differences in benefit packages do exist between the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center and OSUP Community.

OSUP Community Practice Employment

OSUP Community operates primary and specialty care practices in central and regional areas within Ohio supported by the resources of OSUP and the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. OSUP Community practices provide community-based physicians with access to OSUP’s comprehensive, cost-effective MSO services and IHIS, all improving efficiency in practice operations. Career opportunities are available for physicians and staff in clinical roles including advanced practice providers such as nurse practitioners and physician assistants and much more. OSUP Community offers comprehensive benefits like health, retirement, tuition assistance, etc., but some differences in benefit packages do exist between the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center and OSUP.
