Work-Life Balance

At OSUP, we understand the importance of work-life balance. Most clinics offer a Monday through Friday, business hours schedule. This is why we provide 18 days of paid time off and 11 holidays.

We offer a tuition reimbursement program, offering up to $7,500 a year in tuition reimbursement, support for utilizing the public student loan forgiveness program for existing school loans and free personal and professional development courses. Ohio State University Physicians is the medical group managing The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center’s outpatient care locations and offers jobs as medical assistants, clinical athletic trainers, sonographers, schedulers, nurses, patient services, advanced practice providers such as nurse practitioners and physician assistants and much more. OSUP offers comprehensive benefits like health, retirement, tuition assistance, etc., but some differences in benefit packages do exist between the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center and OSUP Community. 

Ohio State Health System Employment

Our health system jobs are state jobs and support our outpatient care facilities and surgical centers, including nurses, surgical technologists, imaging technologists, and patient access coordinators. Additional opportunities can be found in areas such as security, nutrition services, environmental services, facilities, supply chain, customer service, administrative support, rehabilitation, infusion, pharmacy and much more.
